(not sure if any Hellsingers/Silent Hillers are cake people, but I guess I'll just keep posting these)

This is the cake I made for my Father's B-day this past Sept. 30th. He's always loved Halloween and Autumn, so I made a cake resembling an Autumn leaf pile. The cake itself is marbled chocolate (normal fudge batter marbled with an orange-colored batter). I made a cocoa buttercream to fuse the layers. The red, yellow, and orange leaves are made from normal fondant and the brown ones are chocolate fondant.

For those who don't know what fondant is, it's made up of powdered sugar, Glucose (sugar), Glycerin (sugar), and Gelatin. Think of it as sugar-dough.

Yeah... a delicious blend of sugar and fat. Oh well... all cakes are basically just that. (except sponge, of course)

Man, keep posting cakes :0 you're really good at them, and in my almost four years at this site I've never actually seen anything in the Culinary Arts section. Plus it shows you as well rounded and all that stuff. B:

Well, that is one hell of a delicious looking cake... Great autumn colors and detailed leafs... I think this thing has costed you alot of work but be sure you can be proud of your creation.

THIS Silent Hill-er is a cake person. XD Very nice leaf pile. :D One of my friends makes specialty cakes, so i know a little here and there.

This is very nice. Sounds good, too. ;) Yum.

Seriously, keep posting cakes. They're great to look at, since I've never really seen anything in the Culinary Arts section either...And I agree with AA: Hellsing should have more cake in it! =P
